What year was the coin? If it was made before 1984 you may die of lead poisoning otherwise just drink a mixture of baking soda, hydrogen peroxide and coca cola and you will not have any problems.

rite...been der done dat...i swallowed a coin when i was 5. my mom is a nurse and told me dat i had to poop...and see if e coin happens to be der.if it doesnt come out...means its stuck sumwhere in ur stomach...which in my case...it did..so i had to undergo a surgery..i still haf e 15cm scar tho..and dat coin..lol
