First of all.......Was it a licensed professional that said you have an attitude problem ?
Having an attitude problem is a matter of opinion.
Since you did not give us an actual example of your attitude problems....I will give you this advice:
There are all kinds of personalities on earth and other galaxies as well. You may simply be hanging around people who cannot understand your behavior and/or your way of thinking. That does not make you the bad guy. Remember....If you have conflicting issues with your peers all the time and they give you a hard time because you always stand by your opinion.......then you should consider recruiting other friends. If you have issues with family(which everyone does), just remember blood is thicker than water.
That's the best I can do. Next time give us examples of your dilemma. Vague questions will get vague answers.

how old are you would make a big difference i think.
if you're still at home, and you can't stop being rude or mean to your family, try to ask yourself why you're doing this. this is the only life you have, and the first impression you make to people is most likely the way they'll think of you for the rest of their lives. also, you only have one mom, dad and...idk how many brothers and sisters you have.
when you wake up each morning, tell yourself 'im going to have a good day' then try to keep that true!
have a good day! oh remember that your family loves you and when you do or say something with an attitude, they might think they did something wrong. often kids are who their parents were.
happy holidays!

Sometimes the only thing that can help someone with a poor attitude is growing maturity and life experience. If you find that others prefer not to be in your company and it is important to you to have friends, then you will have an incentive to learn the life skills to get over your attitude so that you can be a good friend to others.

All depends on what kinds of problems you are talking about. Is it that you just don't care about anyone or anything? Are you lazy and don't want to do anything? If so, You have to make yourself care. You could also make an appointment with a therapist. It is okay to talk to someone else besides friends an families.

well since your not overly specific I'm going to make some general suggestions. First try getting some help, a doctor can also recommend and prescribe meds that can help level you out. You have to be ready to feel "different" or "weird" while on these tho. If its anger control try finding a hobby to take frustration out in or work out/punching bag. hope this helps.

I used to have this problem, and still do, but I have learnt how to handle it better. To stop being unintentionally rude, think very carefully about what you are going to say before you say it, and about the effects of saying it, how it might affect people's feelings. Think of your tone of voice, and the way you say things, and if it would sound rude. If you know you have said something inappropriate, and you will know, by people's reactions, apoligise, and explain that you wern't supposed to be rude.
Think - How you say it, What you say, How it might effect people, How you could change it, and whether you need to apoligise.
W - WHAT you say
H - HOW you say it
E - the EFFECTS
R - how you could REPHRASE it
A - do you need to APOLIGISE?
Whera! Hope it helped, Good Luck! X

I don't understand why people put pls dont send me any funny ans...you know that's just going to get people to send you annoying answers. Maybe you should talk to a live person about your attitude instead of any lunatic on the internet.

My best advice is:
Act as if you did not have an attitude problem. Even if it feels strange and fake, do it long enough and it will become natural.
I know this from my own experience.

I think you have to be more specific as well, but in general, I believe that you can change your attitude by convincing yourself it is wrong and finding reasons it is wrong, and then when you feel that way again, remind yourself of those reasons.

Uh, what sort of problems? Are you like me and do you hate everyone? Do you tend to trip people and laugh about it? Are you angry at life and cut yourself? We're not psychic. Well, most of us aren't.
