Men can have orgasm without ejaculation, but it not easy. He can learn to do it using tantra. There is also a way a woman can help but i can't go into details in this forum, but if you look up on the Internet under milking a male you can find it. But for what it's worth, it's not the amount of orgasms that count for a guy it's the intensity of the orgasm that we enjoy.

Tantric Sex. Check it out online or buy a book. This will explain to you how to do it. Be patient with it, it's a learned thing that can't just happen.
