Depends the size of his flash. Seriously, if he was a friend who'd had a few too many drinks and was famous for doing mad stuff, then I'd laugh it off, but shame him when he sobered up. Someone I didn't know very well, I'd get a big guy to have a "word" with him about his behavior

I was once in a library with my friend studying in the Children's section. We were 19 at the time. This man had most likely followed us in there and was walking around the children's section just staring at us. He then came within 5 feet of us, started rubbing on his package. Then a couple minutes later, and I am not joking, lying, or kidding....the man pulled out his ENTIRE package and started masturbating. Needless to say, we did not know him, but hell yes we reported him to police and he was caught the next day doing it to some other girls!

A vast majority of rapes are committed by a friend or acquaintance, so I might do so. If they made no other moves at the time, were drunk at the time, and seemed contrite afterwards, probably not. I would tell my female friends, though, to give them a heads-up.

Look at it this way: He flashed you now, what next, maybe grouped, then what, maybe molested a young person, then maybe an actual attack. Let's get them off the street now and let the law and psychological doctors figure them out.

If a guy I knew flashed me I would slap him!!! and then walk away and probably never talk to him until he explained what the heck he was thinking.

Definitely depends on the context and the personalities of the people involved. If my best friend did it, I would laugh. If someone creepy did it, then yes, I would report them
