www.Craigslist.com is a good website to find used items..
www.pricegrabber.com is another good website it list the prices of around 10 websites for the price of a camcorder.

Depends on what you consider cheap and what kind of camera you are looking for. If you are just looking for a real cheap camcorder you can go to Circuit City and purchase a DXG camcorder for $100.. But i would recomend the Canon ZR-500 for $199, that is the typical sale price and it is always on sale.

I just got a great deal on one at samsclub.com. You need to type in auction in the search to get their. Then go to camcorders. I found it a lot easier, cheaper and faster to get what you want then other auction sites. They may not have everything you are looking for but keep going back to see. You may be surprised.

ebay is not the cheapest....go to web site such as pricegrabber.com u will have some thing sometimes few hundred under store price.
also look for fatwallet.com for deal or rebate.
