it's called saciety....and unless you are a small eater it shouldn't happen right away. I recommend you go see a gastroenterologist since many illnesses ranging from a peptic ulcer disease to others can cause this. If you're a smoker, drinker or fatty meals eater I suggest you suspend it, but either way go see a doc. Good luck!

I'm going with a simpler explanation....gas. Try taking acidopholus with your meals.
