well she might lose some of her weight
but not that much
coz making her self starving then the body would think that there is lack of food and energy so it would try it is best to keep on the energy that the body has and he will do it by decreasing metabolism , and then the daily amount of calories that the body needs will be decreased , so that will not do her good and will not make her reach her goals so if she is really trying to lose the weight then all what she has to be concerned with is how to make her metabolism goes high and that happens by certain things which is totally away from starvation ... look for example the best thing to raise the burning of fat is by turnin on ur mucsle and that happens by exercise ... and secondly by eating each three hours something with low calorie and high fibre so as to raise it up and the body still activated ... look freind the key word is ahealthy life style and regular excersise so that would do her good nd will make her acheive what she is looking for and as for the cellulite ... actually they cannot be disaapeared completely but by the exercise and dieting they will be reduced extremely but not by starvation
so ... if u want to change ur life then change it on right bases and by going through the right ways and by thinking right and those are done by treating ur self and body with respect and care and that is done by good healthy diet and by doing the exercise ... so good luck with everything

NO. You lose muscle mass first, the fat is the last to go. Maybe weight will be lost, but regardless it is unhealthy. Remember height plays a factor too. How tall? If shes over 6 feet tall, shes not entirely obese, just overweight. Best is excersize, diet changes, and consulting with a physician. There are other methods that require surgery, but nothing is more dangerous than an eating disorder when it comes to losing weight. It is the most unhealthy, body and mind! Im sure she is a beautiful person, and just gives it a real tough shot, she can win. And not by means of anorexia or bulimia, please. Good luck, and Happy Holidays.

That woman might loose a lot of the fat, but definitely not the cellulite. In fact, she might get even more stretch marks because she didn't exercise (makes the skin less 'elastic'). Changing her diet (eating fruits, veggies, whole grain, whole wheat bread) and including a bit of exercise would be healthier than becoming an anorexic.

I am so busy with my 5 kids (all under 8 years old!) and I hate exercising and dieting, life's too short! So I thought the only option for getting rid of my ugly cellulite was to book in with a set of weekly medical roller treatments. Job done.

However, they cost me a monstrous $3000 and, you guessed it, did absolutely nothing. I couldn't believe it. It left me thoroughly depressed.

I saw this info on the web and I gave it a go, what did I have to lose now! And, my god this is genius. Quick and easy. I feel so wonderful in my new, smooth, renewed figure! I am a yummy mummy now!

No, not all of it--just starving yourself won't get rid of cellulite. Plus she would have lots of extra skin to be removed after some of the fat is gone.

Doesnt matter how big you are - starving yourself can be fatal. And, no, she wouldnt lose all her fat or cellulite. Anything she did lose would probably come straight back on again because it is not sustainable.

Music makes you eat more. According to a report by the journal Psychology as well as Marketing, soft, classical tunes encourage someone to take time over your supper, so you consume more foods. So, switch off – silence will make you more aware of what you’re investing in your mouth.

Purchase smaller plates. Little crockery means portion control is really a lot easier – those diminutive parts suddenly look huge and you’ll be happier to take less.
