This is a quick but great recipe. I've made it twice so far this Christmas and my son wants me to make more.

Mars Bar Squares--melt 4 Mars Bars with half a cup of butter. Add one cup of marshmallows and stir until marshmallows are melted. Mix well then add 3 cups of Rice Krispies. Mix well again and spread in a greased 8 or 9 inch square pan. Ice with chocolate icing when cool. Simply yummy.

CHRISTMAS FUDGE CHIP COOKIES
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 tsp. butter
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. flour
1 c. white chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate chips and butter on low heat. Stir and add Eagle Brand milk, flour, chips and vanilla. Cool -- spoon by teaspoon on greased pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE EUPHORIA FUDGE
1/4 cup butter or margarine (1/2 stick)
2 1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk (or small 5 oz can)
10 to 12 oz vanilla chips
2 to 3 oz neufchatel cheese or cream cheese
5 oz marshmallow creme (more than half but not all the jar)
1 1/2 cup dried blue berries
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp butter flavor (imitation)

Previously set aside 1-2 cups of blueberries washed in lemon juice. Make a small cut or hole in each berry and let dry on waxed paper for 1 day (until roughly the consistency of fresh raisins). The drying is important since fresh fruits (which contain lots of water) can ruin a fudge. Line a 9" x 9" pan with aluminum foil and set aside. Let the cream cheese come to room temperature. Heat milk at Medium setting until warm then add sugar. Bring to a rolling boil (Med-High) while stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. Add the marshmallow creme and butter. Bring back to a rolling boil for [5 1/2] minutes by the clock (start timing once the rolling boil resumes). Add the cream cheese to the boiling mixture about 1 minute before the end of the boil. Cut into small sections to allow easy melting.
If you get brown flakes in the mixture then turn down the heat a little.
Remove from heat and add vanilla chips and blueberries. Stir until creamy and all chips are melted. Now stir in vanilla extract and butter flavor. Mix thoroughly and pour into prepared pan. Cool. Remove from pan, remove foil, cut into squares.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aND2n

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

I have a Cake recipe. Easy and its a BIG hit where ever I go.

Take one box of german chocolate cake mix, and follow instructions on the box (bake, and let cool)

Take a straw and poke a lot of holes in the cake.
Take smuckers carmel sauce and pour it into the holes
Then cover the top of the cake with cool-whip.
Finally Take crushed Heath Candy Bars and sprinke on top.

Anytime I have a get together or go to someones get together, they make it a point to tell me I have to make one.
