I keep giving out this site..........COOKS.COM..........everybody seems to like it...............By the way, in brownie mix, if you add extra eggs it will make them chewier...

I use a chocolate cake mix, probably devils food and instead of water use sour cream. I also add some instant coffee crystals to the liquids. Makes a very rich yummy denser cake.

The kind of cake you are looking for is called a texas sheet cake
it is moist and rich like a brownie but not as dense.

Use the back of the Hershey's cocoa mix that is the best cake there is. My mother bakes it all the time and everyone loves it.
