Last I heard, if you're going out with someone "off and on", that means you're not married or comitted. It was an "off" time. How can he cheat on you if he's not comitted to you? Same goes for you. No commitment equals no cheating. You're DATING ! That doesn't mean you're married or engaged. Just DATING ! Until it goes further than that, you don't have any ties on the man and he has none on you. If it's "messing you up inside", find yourself a boyfriend who is willing to commit and have a relationship with you. This one isn't and you'll be beating yourself up for nothing. Know when to move on, honey. I think it's time. Godloveya.

There is no reason to ask him. You already know everything you need to know. The fact that you guys have been off and on for a year should have clued you in long ago. If a guy really likes you he makes sure that its always on and never off. Keep that in mind. Dont you think every time you guys were off that he was hanging out with another girl ? Drop him.

Like I always say, be True TO YOURSELF!!! If this is really bothering you then tell him! Ask him what is it that he wants in your relationship. If you're looking for something serious then obviously he's not. So make sure you know what you want, and what he wants, if it's not the same thing, even if it hurts, you need to let him GO!

Guy wants his cake and to eat it too, and as long as you are going to hang around the corner for him he'll keep it up. On again off again relationships will never work out in the end.

You are too young to deal with this crap. Don't tie yourself down unless he's really worth it. Go out and enjoy life...

If your boyfriend is really good friends with one of your friends, why would your boyfriend tell him about messing with another girl especially if he knew there was a possibility of you finding out?

You're an on and off relationship. No commitment. Re-evaluate what you are looking for and accept him and his behavior or move on...I vote move on.
