LOL gengivitis is just bacteria growing between your gums from plaque. Now if you didn't brush ever again after a kiss then you might be able to say it was from kissing.

no but u can get mono. gingevitis has 2 do wit the gums and is not a spreadable disease. it has 2 do with hygiene and the way u brush and floss ur teeth. my dad is a dental hygenist so he knows XD

OMG I can not believe you even asked this!! You get gingivitis (please note the correct spelling here) from not brushing AND flossing your teeth!!!
To me it sounds like you are too young to be kissing so maybe you should wait a couple of years before you ask this question again!

No, you can get the kissing dieses though, i forgot what it is really called but the street name is the "kissing" diesese, look it up on the internet

no mouth disease can be transferred by kissing on the lips, other places down low, i'm not sure what

No! gingivitis is a gum disease. You can get it if you don't brush and floss regularly. You can get Mono from kissing and also herpes so be careful.

No, but you can get an infection in your gums.....forgot what it's called but you dont need to be kissing boys anyway. they are sooooo nasty (take it from me)
