Thats like saying you can live without a leg. Yes you can LIVE without it however you may not be able to walk properly, you see its one of the two ligaments that cross over the knee joint to assist with alignment etc, suggest you get a better doctor one with practical suggestions and treatmtments. And it CRUCIATE.
