How about you? If you believe in the Bible, don't you fear spending eternity in a flaming lake if you're wrong? It's exactly as likely.
Look at your own fear about that outcome, and you'll know how we feel.

I do not believe that a book dictates spirituality.
I believe in many Gods and Goddesses and I am not *afraid* of any repercussions from your God.
As for being *wrong* - that is all a matter of perspective. I see no one religion as being the only *right* so how can any other religion or spirituality be *wrong*.
You always got to be right, don't ya? No one else can be right as well, can they? And some folks wonder why I'm not afraid of being *wrong*. Cause if that is being right, I am very happy being *wrong*.

LOL! What can be the repercussions!? God making clones of me and killing hundreds of them everyday. Good for him!
But again which Bible! Todays authentic bible is obviously the result of decades of alterations and distortions. On the other hand, the story of Jesus is not much different from the stories about Ancient Gods, so why should I worry about one story? Given all religions that ever existed, one could spend his life just to reach the same conclusion. They all abuse our ignorance to their use. Today we know that there is nothing called Hell or Heaven because there is no longer place for them anymore! Our Ignorance was filled with legends, and today it was to finally be replaced with knowledge. What is above the clouds, what is under the ground, is the earth flat, is earth the center of the universe, ....etc?

Not at all. As with all personal opinions you believe that you are 100% right. Have you ever given it thought that maybe you are wrong? Maybe we are both wrong and another religion is right and you'll have to answer to Zeus or another deity? There's nothing special about Christianity. I'm an atheist and I'll die an atheist. I'm hoping that medical science will be able to prolong my life as much as possible but that's just a selfish dream of mine. I have no hopes for an afterlife nor do I believe that any religion's version is correct.

Are you afraid of the repercussions of being wrong about the Koran, if you are?
No. I'm not afraid Poseidon will drown me as punishment for not believing in him either.

No, I do not think 'faith' should be based on fear. If there is an allmighty God, who gives us no hint of which religion is right, and actually makes sure science points towards all organized religion being false, and then sends people to hell for not picking the right religion, or non at all.
Well my friend, I wouldn't want to go to Heaven.

Umm no. If there is a God, I'm sure he will understand that I arrived at my point of view form using the brain he gave me. In that situation morality will be the only standard used to determine anything.
BTW if you don't agree to the above, did Ganhdi get in? He was a hindu. Hate to see a great moral man burn. Unless god makes exceptions....oooooh can of worms time.....

I know I am not wrong. People should fear man made religion and follow the only religion that comes from God, Allah. do your research and I am sure you will find the only religion you can be certain is true.

of course not...
hypothetically if i AM wrong, i would rather chose not to go to a place, be forced to worship a being that sent my family and loved ones to hell, a being that whiped out thousands and thousands of people throughout the old testament, a being who gave his "chosen" ones strength to kill thousands and thousands of other people, a being who admitted to creating evil and sending delusions. hell cant be much worse.
