of course 1st impresion is good looking, i mean its not always handsome but he has to be looks neat, handsome not always good if he is not neat... besides that he have to be agresive when he is working... i think girls not interest with lazy bones..
last but the most important is...I can trust him... yup honesty... once u broke it u cant never get it back, yah maybe u can but in a long long process... ^_^

I think (depending on the girl) how willing they are to give EVERYTHING up for a family! I mean...he needs to be willing to work hard for a good job and most of all...he needs to be loyal, honest, and freaking love the girls with all his heart!!!

i would look for chemistry between us so a sense of humour, good social skills and looks help too but it's not essential. i think underneith we are looking for someone who will settle down and have our babies but i bet there are a few girls who won't agree with me on that / admit it.
