She just wants to be around you. She looks up to you and loves you. You need to learn to be patient with her. How do you feel when someone you love and look up to yells at you? Wouldn't you cry too? Understand that your time living together as kids is a very short part of your life. Be good to each other now, so that you'll have a healthy and friendly relationship when you are both adults.

I think you should talk to your parents and tell them how annoying your little sister can be and make them understand how you feel, then if that doesnt work, just talk to your sister instead of yelling at her... you can say you little brat quietly in a mean way and it is the same as yelling it but you wont make her cry...

Sibling rivalry, it is great isn't it. Just let Lil sis be, she will out grow it. My sister used to do the same thing, now we are very close as adults. Just try treating her like a friend, not an annoying child. She will adjust her attitude. She just wants to be included. She looks up to you, be a good example.

I was in the same position as you when I was a kid. It is a very common thing that older sisters go through. It is unfair but it is the parents that don't understand us so I would say there is nothing you can do for now.

Your older (which means you should be a little more mature) don't yell at her (would you want an adult yelling at you?) Go to your room, lock your door or let your parents know she's bothering and let them handle it. Its just her way of showing she looks up to you and wants to be around you.

i used to think like you and my sister pi$$ed me off so much when i was younger. we are now the best of friends. my advice is to treat her with patience - she will grow out of it. you are her role model and all this annoyance is just her way of getting your attention. hard to cope with - i know but sisters are precious and you'll laugh about this one day. Good luck x
