I make homemade truffles/chocolates, and I am very busy with that endeavor this time of year.
My favorite sweet treat, however, is something that is both sweet and salty. At most any ice cream shop, you can get a turtle shake that has vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, and salted pecans. For my money, there is nothing better.

Well honestly, cheesecake and chocolate covered fruit. The cheesecake is a secret family reciepe (and the best cheesecake I've ever had) and chocolate covered fruit it easy...the real work in chocolate covered fruit is melting the chocolate and not burning it. I use bittersweet bakers chocolate, melt it and add some milk. Then dip cheeries (i use jars of marichinos), strawberries, apricots, pineapple and any other fruit i have around. Put it on a cookie sheet covered in wax paper and refrigerate.
Very easy. Makes great gifts...oh, and i also love maple sugar candy, but i have not made it yet.

I like chocolate cake with vanilla icing. It's the best!! I don't know how to really put it in a detailed sentence though...but the cake is even better with little chocolate chip things on top.

Varies. Sometimes chocolate. Sometimes cookie dough. Sometimes coffee drinks. It really varies, but I am plagued by the Sweet Tooth.

When it comes to snacks I normally crave salt over sugar but I do have a weakness for milk chocolate. I can go for months at a time without indulging but every so often I have to have a major fix.

wine gums from Canada, I'm addicted to them. They really are a candy, but dont really have wine in them. They're not too sweet and not too sour. Cant find them here in the States. They're mad by a company called Maynards, I believe they are a British candy.
