Sweetie, Girls don't finish growing until about 18 years old so give it at least 2 more years and you might just get the extra height you want. Another things is that you might be a short woman in the future. I'm only 5 feet and I love it. I have a few women in my family that are shorter than me and they look just fine. You can't do anything to change your height so be proud of it no matter what.

Height is genetic feature. But exercise can increase your height upto 2-3" or more. There are various exercises. I can suggest one :
Stand on tiptoe facing a wall - stretch you hands straight up - mark a line (1) upto which your fingers reach - mark another line (2) 2 inches above it.
Stand normally now - breathe deeply and while inhaling, stretch your arms and try to touch the line (2) - wait for 1 sec - exhale slowly and return to normal position.
Practice this at least 10 times in the morning and evening.

How tall are your parents?
If you are the first born child, and your mother was less than 25 when you were concieved, then you have a pretty good chance of being taller than your parents, but otherwise, no. You're adult height will probably be within an inch or two (taller OR shorter) of that of one of your parents.

(Unless, of course, you have a poor diet. That can stunt your growth. Make sure you are getting an adequate amount of calcium (milk, cheese, salmon, spinach, etc. are good sources) and protien (meat and/or legumes). And lay off the soft drinks.)

There is no way to heighten your height. It's genetics.

Only thing I've seen on tv is breaking of legs, lengthening with steel rods and having the bones grow together, but that only gives a few inches.

And I highly doubt you want to do all that. Men love petite girls. Why complain?

Stretch at night. Do the elongation stretch every night, basically reaching for the stars (either laying down or standing up) and try yoga.

You will feel better about yourself.

You may use high heels(but comfortable ones / with a thicker heel) and wear clothes that is fitted to add height to you, and you will feel better about yourself.

Stay away from big clothes, eat healthy & don't get plump because you will add to all your issues......

See a doctor. You may just be a late bloomer and could grow like a weed over the next couple of years, or they could give you growth hormone to make you a bit taller.

Look I see it two way:
1: Be very tall and stand out. tall long legs
2: Be very short and stand out, you know the short perky ones.

know one stands out between 5'4" and 5'7" I wanted to be short so I ended up 5'6" just where I did not want to be. Have you noticed that most people want to be what they are not. Light hair or dark, curly or straight. We always want what we are not and you are no different
