I Really do not understand the logic on this.
It is so much easier for me to walk down to the local pharmacy.
NO. It will not be cover. I have to mail in this and wait. Why do I have to wait What if I need it now I have to wait 3-4 weeks?

I hate it too, but apparently it saves your company $$$, which in turn is supposed to save YOU $$$, but it really doesn't, given the other increases in 'cost of care'.

Lots of people can't afford their prescription medicines...do I buy the meds or pay the rent this month? Mail-in is cheaper because robotic machines can fill the bottles and maintain the records at much less cost than a trained pharmacist at your local drug store.
Other ways to save money are to get your doctor to prescribe a larger size than you need and then split the pills (often, 10 mg and 20 mg meds cost the same), to request generics or older meds whenever possible, and to apply to the drug companies for free medicine services.

I'm glad you can walk some patients cant walk or have debilitating diseases and lets not forget those working two or three jobs and don't have the time you might have to wait in line for the Pharmacist to fill their order. These are the persons that might find find having their meds delivered helpful.
And if one coordinates when their medication will be finished and when they need the next prescription, one needs not wait 2 to 3 weeks for ones medication.
