You know, the kind with more electrolytes (sp?) then regular water, and your body is suppost to absorb it better, making your hair, nails and whatever grow.

I dunno if i believe it, water is water to me.

Smart girl!

Water IS water. The stuff they add you can do yourself with 1/8 tsp of salt (electrolytes).

Your hair is made of protein so electrolytes don't do a thing anyway.

On the other hand, if drinking special water encourages you to have a healthier lifestyle and make better food choices, then maybe it's worth it psychologically.

I think it just might be a marketing scheme. However I do like Smart H2O because it tastes great. However one thing I have noticed is that Glaceau (the company that makes the water) does not include floride (sp?) in the water where as tap water does.

It does, but only if you drink like 323 a day. There is not enough in one bottle to make your body look and feel better.
