There are some programs on TV Yoga is on PBS early in the Morning I think it 7AM Look in your program guide. Denise Austin also has a program every day. And you can get videos that are available in your Library, that should cost you nothing, at all. And when you do have a little money you can purchase some videos. There is exercise equipment often on sale, when there are garage sales, or the Play it again Sam stores where you could purchase a stationary bike or a bench press at a resonable price. You can also walk inside at your Local Mall there are often early in the morning waliking clubs you can join , here they call them Mall walkers, all you need is a pair of good walking shoes, and sweats or comfortable clothes. Get some home gym equiptment girl!! lol. I did and it's the best thing I've ever done!! I got a stairstepper, stability ball, jump rope, stepboard,thight master and weights. It was pretty cheap considering everything came from marshalls and walmart. the most expensive thing was the stair stepper and it was 60 bucks, not too shabby. They work wonders with consistency and when I start feeling a lil porky, like us ladies sometimes do cuz we're sooo hard on ourselves, I just work out while watching tv or whatever.

A mini trampoline can give you a good workout and it's inexpensive. You ca just jog in place too. Anything that gets you moving is good. Tae bo tapes are pretty good too.
You might want to get a set of weights maybe 3-5 pounds and use these every other day. Building muscle speeds up your metabolism and makes you look thinner.

Hey get a small work out gym and get a video or exercize by doing the basics in your house like crunches , sit ups , push ups, ect
