BMI can be an arbitrary number. Personally, at my skinniest, I'm still considered borderline overweight. That's simply because I tend to weigh more than women my height due to just being, well, more sturdily built. Your doc preobably sees the same thing, that your body weight is fine for where you are in life and your body type.
Don't take diet pills, especially at your age. Who knows what they do to your hormones and that's something you don't want to mess with while still developing.
If you feel your portions are large, you can buy a supplement called glucomannan which works by giving you a full feeling so you'll eat less. But check with your doctor as it affects your insulin levels and if you have a problem with that, the supplement may actually work against you.

If you are going to take pills, get a multi-vitamine. It will give your body all the nutrients it needs for the day and your body wont crave alot of food because your body will already be satisfied. Diet pills are very dangerous, and highly addictive. At your age, it could seriously f*ck up your digestive systen, nervous symptom, and heart. Those pills dont f*ck around. Stop thinking like the rest of America and get off your *** and do some type of workout for 30 minutes everyday. start doing pushups and crunches every night, and you'll be fine.

your body is not fully developed at 14 and I would not recommend buying diet pills, you may get taller or even grow in some different areas. Wait until you are at least 18 and HIGHLY overweight to think about pills, try a quick run in the morning or do some dancing in the afternoon....Much better ways to burn calories then pills.
Pills stress your heart and cause you to not develop correctly.

Diet pills do not work and in many cases are harmful. All they do is leave residues that can accumulate in your system, and many are not approved by the FDA. ANY diet pill you might get always says watch what you eat and exercise...which is the real way to lose weight.
If your doctor says your weight is fine, you should believe him or her
