Seek out quiet contemplation and there will be improvements in your life. Honestly ask yourself questions and give yourself the support to honestly answer your questions and your life will be better.
Oh, heck, 5 minutes of quiet time and my life would be better.

I believe learning about who we are & our creator(s) is one of the most important things in life to accomplish. Love for God, love for yourself, love for your family friends & neighbors & yes even thine enemy. The biggest challenge of all, but not unconquerable. Happy HOLY days.:o]
