If this is a marraige, I don't see what's wrong with the classic "just married" or you could add to it and say "just married forever."

I have only seen "Just married" or else possibly include the bride and groom's names. You can include "2gether 4ever" if you want, since marriage in the temple is for eternity. Or you can make it a sort of equation, say the couple's names are Katie and Mike, you can say, "Katie + Mike = 2gether 4ever" - so that's my 2 cents' worth. Have a happy day.
