Coffee, sourdough toast, and a homemade cookie.

Looking over this list to-date, it appears the healthiest and most balanced breakfasts were leftovers.

I think I'll consider this more seriously in the future. Cooking with leftovers in mind for a quick and nutritious breakfast.

I had a banana. I had oatmeal for my mid-morning snack, for lunch I am having a turkey sandwhich with cucumber salad, and I ahve an apple and yogurt for a afternoon snack.
