You are a liar, unless your C()CK is the size of a watermelon, you didn't do too much damage. If she was a virgin and broke her hymen, then she does not need medical attention, even tho she may want to check it out anyway. If she was injured during rough sex, like thrusting too hard, or crazy difficult positions, and something ruptured, then she should seek medical attention immediately.
