I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Congrats on the baby!
I have never had a baby, but I have done the 6 week body makeover by Michael Thurmon which is great. WWW.MYBODYMAKEOVER.COM. Or if you don't want to spend much $$. Weight Watchers is a good program, since it teaches you a diffrent way to eat. Go to your local library and rent some Tae-Boe tapes, which are also great ways to get your metabolism up and running. Don't over do it, begin with the 30 min. tape and once you are comfortable moving up, go for it!
Always ask your doctor before starting anthing drastic. If you had a C-Section i think you may not want to do Tae-Boe for a while yet.

I suggest the newly developed all natural Cinch Inch Loss Program. You lose inches and weight while retaining muscle. When you lose muscle you lose some of your body's ability to burn fat and your metabolism drops. It's powered by leucine which makes you retain your muscle. The science behind this program literally targets the areas of your body where you need to lose weight.
I've been on the program for a little over a week now and I've lost 4 lbs., 3 inches in my waist and 1 1/2 inches in my hips.
Hope this is helpful and feel free to contact me with questions or the website.

having a infant is a reason for all varieties of physique areas to take some day without work...& it quite is common to do all styles of issues that doesn't be "established" different smart. I cried at Kleenex classified ads, ate like a buffallo and lost weight, and replaced right into a apprehensive injury. That, in turn led to spotty sessions. i did no longer have a real humdinger of one till the breastfeedings stopped. and that i found out why it replaced into so amazing to no longer have them!!! As consistently, in case you have real concerns or concerns, the region to get the suitable answer is your surgeon.
