They think HE is better than IT because he is masculine which must be the best!

Just read about the treatment of women in the bible. It was definitely better to be HE back then.

Impressed with your certainty. Lots of religions have a female figure in the God role. Others say he's an old man with a white beard. Still others claim the Supreme Being is a spaceship-dwelling extra-terrestrial, a shifting formless ball of energy, a derelict named Clyde in a bus station (a distinctly minority view) or something even less comprehensible to our limited minds. Others wonder if he's there at all, or say she isn't. The respect you ask for would involve religionistically-inclined showing each other some respect for their beliefs, and we're waiting for you to provide the first example. Good luck.

No, thats not true. God is everything there is ,was and will be, so God is female, male, masculine, feminine, both at the same time, neither, everything, and nothing, balck and white, orange and purple, blue and pink, everything there is and ever was, and in everything, the earth and planets and planes and stars and everything. If you cant understand this, thats to bad. Oh, and that means that everything has the power to manifest eternaly, once that spark of intelligence and life is born, it never, ever truly dies. It dies and lives and that is why the circle is here, the cycle, and even that has an end, when it then turns into something eles, and maby back into a circle again. This is what god is. I am god.

Religionists are not showing disrespect by referring to God as He...we know that God transcends gender and cannot be called male or female.

Well you have to remember that Yahweh was originally a masculine sky God and had a wife until the Hebrews settled in the "holy land" with the Hittites whom didn't want women to have a voice so they denied worship of Her and He became a widow of sorts.

How can you make something you know nothing about? - So how could God make women is He is only male.
God is one being, the perfect harmony of Male and female in "His" personality.

Genisis 1:28(ish) "And God made man in His image ... Male and female He created them." so the image of God is Male and Female.

Of course, this is well known in Oriental philosophy for millenium - Ying and Yang is basic to their teaching. They don't understand the personality of God, however.

Again, if it is part of the original creation, it must have been in the creator to start with. So for Love and emotion to be great motivators for us humans, God needs to be the greatest source of love. God has personality.
I prefer during the "Lord's prayer" to say ... "who is in Heaven ...", not "that is in Heaven"

Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness

Are YOU an "it" ? I think not.

Granted God is Spirit but scripture shows He revealed Himself in a male form.

Actually, I think there are a male and a female being. How else would God know how to make a woman? It takes male and female to create life. It takes a woman to bring forth life.

what is a "religionist"????

God is whatever God wants to be and God is referred in the bible as "he" in many scripture. Jesus is he, all of the trinity as "one".

What is the name of God? I Am.

Remember what was said. We were created in God's image. Somehow we are trying to create God in our image.
