stretch marks happen, you dont have to be fat to get them. i have always been at a normal weight for my age and i got them when i was much younger at the age of about 13, its normal to get them in your teens since your body goes through so many growing changes. your body is growing so fast through this time that the skin stretches out and if you dont have enough collagen elastin in your skin then stretch marks can result. thats why alot of girls get them on their breasts. they with eventually fade from being that pink or red color to a white color or even to where you can hardly notice them. but i hear using coco butter in areas prone to stretch marks like the abdomen, buttocks area, hips and breasts can help in preventing them. vitamin e may help as well. good luck and dont fret. i also found this online: Stretch marks can be a side effect of dieting. If you lose too much weight too fast, stretch marks may occur. If you are trying to loose weight, don't aim to lose more than one pound a week.

Sorry however upon getting them then there's not anything you'll be able to do approximately it. You can use cocoa butter lotion or bio oil to aid melt them up however you are not able to eliminate them. They fade through the years even though, so do not fear. I had a couple of approximately a yr in the past and now they're the colour of my dermis and no longer that visible. BTW, your husband will have to already understand that during a wedding our bodies difference through the years and he simply has to take delivery of it. Nobody is ultimate and I have no longer met a unmarried lady in my lifestyles that does not have a couple of stretch marks. It is candy that you simply desire to appear your pleasant for him, but when he's rather complaining than you will have to simply forget about him.

All i can tell you is that because your only 19 you might get lucky and your stretch marks could disapear by exercise. When I was 18 I lost about 100 pds and had stretch marks on my hips wich went away with exercise. They didnt fade what happened was my skin tightened so you could not see them anymore.Other then that vitmin e is supposed to help.

There is no way to get rid of stretch marks other than cosmetic surgery and/or time. The lotions help with the itchiness but don't prevent them. Time will fade them to very light silver so they will be almost unnoticable.

this shouldn't be under dental?!

stretch marks can only be removed by laser surgery and don't buy those lotions and creams that says it could erase your stretch marks..
