I have a Sphynx (hairless cat) and I use dog clothes made for toy poodles and chihuahuas - you can also use the clothes made for teddy bears and small dolls. Wal-Mart actually carries a really cheap (but cute!) line of small dog sweaters and shirts for $2.49-$7.00.
I have bought most of the clothing on Ebay - the prices are awesome and you can get stuff you can't get in stores - like the tiny jade geisha outfit I bought!

OK...well first of all
Seek the advice of your local mental health provider.
Second.
Cats already have clothes....it's called...FUR!
Third
If your cat has told you that he or she would like to have some new Christmas clothes...see "first of all" above.
Forth
If you have enough money to waste on cat clothes, why don't you consider the HUMANS who could really use some winter clothes this year. I am sure there are local shelters with people in need around your area

I think Dr. Fosters and Smith has clothes for cats. I get the catalog, and I know they for sure have Holiday clothes for cats.

Cats don't need clothes.
Cats don't want clothes.
When they fight you while you are trying to put the clothes on them, they are telling you "F U. I don't need or want clothes!"
