I have known about area51 since i was stationed at Nell is AFB in 1969 it's a secret base and who knows what they are working on there are so many rumors about it, i don't think about it much it's just a big research center is my guess

Area 51 is nothing more than a top secret base in the Nevada Desert where the US conducts research and development on new military aviation and weapons technology. Things like the F-117 Nighthawk Stealth Fighter, the B-2 Spirit Stealth Bomber, and the F-22 Raptor. Nothing more menacing than that.
No Alien bodies, No crashed Alien UFO. No Secret Movie set where they faked the moon landings. none of that crap.
Some of our most advanced X-planes and spyplane and stealth research goes on out there hence the need for secrecy. Much of what was developed there is now common knowledge as to their existance (but not the specifics as to how they work or are built)
if these things are public knowledge now just think what must they be working on currently! I'm sure some pretty advanced stuff. and Highly classified.
But not Alien technology..LMAO
Some of the technology that is developed there is as closely guarded secret as the US Nuclear weapons program. Where the problems arise is that with the fall of the Soviet Union and the Thawing of the "Cold War" many wonder why the need still for so much secrecy. so they start inventing ulterior reasons like Aliens and such. Plain simple fact is we dont have a need to know every little detail of what our government does. not the general public. bucause if we know, then so do our enemies (which is the reason for being secret in the first place)

Define illegal alien weapons? I haven't seen any laws against anything "alien". That would admit there has been contact.
Try looking up Operation Deepfreeze in the Arctic.

Conventional military research. Not the spooky stuff some conspiratorial types would like to have. If you think about it, there is a lot of research that is released only decades after military laboratories and installations tested the ideas.
