How to make CD cpvers using nero?

I am using nero for copying from one CD to another Cd. After burning the CD, it gives an option to design and print a CD cover. I do not how to make a CD cover. Can anyone guide me step by step?

I usually put the track list on the second page. If you wish some art on the front, download some pictures (legally of course) and use the insert command. One can use a text box for the title and any other wording desired. See the link below for the detailed instructions.
