I am not a doctor, I am an R.N. You will not likely find a doctor on Yahoo answers in the middle of the day. If your doctor is not in the office, he should have someone taking call for him. If you really can't reach a doctor, you could call a local clinic, like Urgent Care, or a hospital E.R. and speak to a nurse there if your question is urgent.
