Well let's start off by asking why does this concern you? If it's a friend thing well that's easy. Talk to them one at a time, not around others. Start off by saying these are my concerns. Do not let out the secret. It will give you more of a chance to leveel with them if they trust you. As far as them getting fired, I do not believe in all cases that will happen. Some companies do allow alternate forms of solutions. Do try to talk one of them into maybe getting a transfer or even leaving if this continues. If she is with someone else, she's in the wrong. Age doesn't make a huge difference in all cases. This may just pass over and be done with soon.

mind your own business. no one likes a busy body... not to mention, you have no solid relational ties to either of them since this isn't a work-related issue. what it really looks like from your message is you've got feelings for the girl and basically what you're doing is c-ck blocking. i'd leave it alone. the girl is an adult and can handle this herself. and if she can't then she and the boss will get fired. consequences for their actions.

They are old enough to know the consequenses of their actions. She's gonna get hurt, he's gonna look like a gross pervert. Stay out of it and maybe you'll get a promotion when they get fired!

bagging them could result in backfire. she knows if he's the right guy for her or not, she don't need your advice. let the two of them handle this, you have no right to be in their business. if their relationship comes to light-don't let it be b/c of you. YOU might be the one to lose his job.

nope.
just leave them alone, it's none of your bussiness to be frank about it.
if you feel you just HAVE to say something, talk to one or both of them privately.
