Just the noodles? I'd say a day or two. How long are you looking to save these noodles? Did you know that a pound of pasta is ~$1 max?

not too long- cook macaroni and place on cold water immediately, this retards the cooking process- drain well, drizzle some olive oil over macaroni and coat well, place in Tupperware with lid and refrigerate- only take out what is necessary for consumption and leave the rest in the fridge, it should keep for approx 4 to 5 days. if in doubt employ the organoliptic test- smell, taste, feel etc - if the macaroni feels slimy then toss- do be careful - grains, pastas (egg based) are prone to staphylococcus aureus or possibly bacillus cereas- both nasty bacteria.

Macaroni is all starch and therefore will not stay long unless properly refrigerated. Even then it should not be stored for more than 36-48 hours. It may be edible but one should not take chances.

if its just plain boiled macaroni it probably will keep for about 3 days but no more, if it has sauce etc on it i wouldnt keep it for more than 48 hours ( making sure both of the above have been in the fridge) if its been left out toss it out.

Store it in an air-tight container filled completely with water and it will be safe to eat for 3 to 4 days. Make sure marcaroni is completely under water... no air.

if you put the left overs in the fridge you can have it the next day but I wouldn't take a chance more then that.

I'd say only maybe a day if that, if they're not in sauce. If they are in sauce, I'd go no longer than 3.
