My gf his so picky, she doesnt want roses, she doesnt wear jewelry much, she doesnt like t.v. much, she likes to read but i already bought her 2 books for our anniversary. Is there any other ideas on what to get her?

Depends on how much you want to spend. If you are a big spender, I would suggest a leather bound collection of the World's Great Books. If your budget is small, buy a gift certificate for her favorite book store.

how about, you cook a wonderful dinner, and just pamper her for the evening... give her a full body massage, play soft music (i would say just instramentals, it's a good background music)...
and just let her be a queen for the evening...
