They were not a terrorist organization as declared by the US, and the name is the Northern Alliance formerlly headed by a guy named Masoud (he was killed about 2 years ago). Some parts of northern Afghanistan are still somewhat autonomous and great supporters of the N.A.

Afghan Northern Alliance

THEY WERE NOT A TERRORIST ORGANIZATION, they fought the Taliban and WON.... they tried to warn us about 9-11.

This group was headed at one time by General Ahmed Shah Massoud, arguably one of the finest leaders the modern Muslim world has ever seen.

General Ahmed Massoud was assassinated trying to publicly warn America of the 9-11 attacks. Taliban and AlQaeda terrorists disguised themselves as a French film crew and killed him in a suicide bomb attack a few weeks before 9-11.

I know! Your looking for 'Northern Alliance'. They are a terrorist group like the UN is an international peace organization and the democrats really are advocates for the poor.

There was no 'terrorist' group as you describe. Simply because the 'Northern Alliance' did not practice terrorism.

Of course - what some nations (such as Vietnam) call terrorism, we call 'free speech.'
