i like this instructor who works at the local gym, Whenever i go there, he always chats to me for about 45 mins to an hour on a one to one about all kinds of stuff, he always asks me to go in when he is working, he tells me the times of when he was working and asks me to go in and see him. He came into the gym looking for me once too. He has given me compliments and also walked me to my car the once, and I never notice him talking to any other girls! He has a girlfriend but has recently split with her, and he told my friend that he knows that i like him and that he doesnt want to lead me on, so now I'm really confused, it really seemed like he liked me, could it be it's too soon for him? do you think he likes me at all?

maybe, but if he said he doesn't want to give you the wrong impression than maybe he doesn't...or maybe he likes both you and your friend, and he doesn't want your friend to think he likes you.

It sounds like he enjoys your company, but may not be interested in a romantic attachment. He's only recently broken up with his girlfriend, so it may be just as well that you pass on him. Couples have a way of working things out and getting back together sometimes, and you wouldn't want to be caught in the 'cross-fire'. I find it odd that he's confiding such things in your friend anyway, and he's suggesting that you're pursuing him (by saying he knows you like him, doesn't want to lead you on, etc.). Hey, he's definitely leading you on, but that doesn't mean you have to follow. Check out the other guys at the gym instead, or join another gym. There's always other guys you know. Good Luck

He could possibly like you, but it could possibly be as a friend. If he hasn't made any moves on your or anything like that, then from what you are saying it seems like he just likes you as a friend. He found someone that he can hold a conversation with. He might like you as more than a friend if he's telling you the hours he works, and wants you come see him, but he probably just doesn't want to get into another relationship right now, why wont you just be straight up and talk to him, you can only find out by communication.....GOOD LUCK..

I was always chatting with a gal at the gym, cause she was attractive, and has a good work out ethic, and yeah I would have have wanted to date her, but then I found out she has a b/f, so I quit paying so much attention to her. He wants to know if you are available....

It may be too soon for him. Or some other mysterious issue. Men are a pain in the butt. But I bet if you casually mention in conversation that you have a date(better yet if you actually have a date) with someone else, that will urge him to $#!% or get off the pot.

You might want to not lead yourself on too fast. Maybe he needed someone to talk to as a friend. Not as a girlfriend. Alot of the guys I know say no even know thye really do maybe that is your problem. I say talk to him about it and put it out inb the open even know it might be too outgoing for you. You need to know.

could be.. why dont you try to ask him out.. for dinner or something make it dutch treat so there is no confusion that it is a date.. and that will give yall another environment to talk and get to know each other and it just might give you a better idea on whether or not he likes you.. because he might just be interested in you as a friend.

He's using those seduction techniques that are in every "How To Get Laid By Every Girl You Meet" book on the market. Lucky you! You are his present target. I guess how it turns out is up to what you want out of this.

He likes you, but the split from the ex is to soon. Give it some time.

Concentrate on working out. The guy likes you, and probably wants into your panties, but until he gets off dead center you are just speculating and making drama for yourself.

It sounds like he likes you but not in that way. Maybe you two can become friends and something will brew from there.
