Is it a smart to workout with a sweater on? I wear one every other day to my two hour workouts and I never take it off. Do i lose more weight if i do wear one?

you'll just be more dehydrated if you wear it. the salt and moisture expelled in your sweat will be increased because your body will try to cool you down by sweating. once the sweater is drenched though you'll feel cold (if your workiung out outside.. in the wind..). it will also keep your muscles warm when you begin so you wont pull anything.

I would guess that it would make you sweat more. It would also add extra weight once it got damp....so I would have to agree that it might help you lose weight because it makes you work out harder.
