Did you mean "Duodenum"? It is a hollow jointed tube connecting the stomach to the jejunum. It is the first and shortest part of the small intestine. You would usually hear that word when people are referring to an ulcer.

The last part of your stomach is called the duodenum. When referring to it one may use "duodena" I'm not sure on the spelling either
