You are talking about like a Pen Pal right?? If someone is saying inappropriate thing to you then tell your folks--do not ever give out information as to where you live or what school you attend or where you and your friends go to hang out--and relationship is a wide spectrum word young person

I am that age, and i still don't really think kids our age should have online relationships. Because there are some nasty people on here. And it is better to go out wit hpeople you know and trust.

Well its not really the best idea. Its really dangerous to have an online relationship with some1 u don't know. No matter what your age group is.
