Pork is tricky, if you don't heat it up enough you'll be puking for ages...

I have no trouble with it.
I do take it through a bit of a thawing process.

After cooking pork, chicken, or beef, I usually strip it a bit then freeze in freezer bags. A couple of hours after I put it in the freezer, I pull out the bag and bang it against the counter-top, and immediately place the bag back into the freezer. This keeps the pieces from freezing together, making it easier to portion out of the bags when needed.
I will either introduce pieces into an already heating broth for soup, or an already somewhat liquidized gravy/sauce.
Occasionally, I'll put it in the microwave, frozen, mid-setting (usually in cereal bowl covered partially in plastic -- plastic shouldn't touch the meat during heating, I'm told.) and once warm, place it in bread, a roll, or a tortilla, and add lettuce, tomatoes, onions . . .)
All the above taste great, and make for quick, tasty recipes.

So, yeah, it can be heated.

If properly defrosted, yes. I usually cook it in gravy on a low heat to ensure it is properly defrosted and once I am satisfied it is, raise the heat to just simmering point for about 20 minutes, if it is already cooked. If you are starting from raw you'll need to adjust the cooking time as appropriate.

Yes, assuming it was cooked and cooled/frozen correctly in the first place and is re-heated to the proper temperature.

What you shouldn't do is defrost raw meat and then freeze it again without cooking it first.
