I'd ask my mom, but she's at work.

Just relax, get off the PC, drink some OJ, eat some Campbell's Chicken noodle and watch some TV. (not trying to be funny with the initials). Ask your mom to buy Zicam nasal swabs. They help you feel better and your mom doesn't have to worry about you accidentally using to much, they are completely harmless to humans, but bad news for illness. Feel better.

Most of the time when there is a general feeling of unwell, there is a virus involved e.g. a cold or a flu, which is common during this time of season. If so, there is not much you can do for the virus itself but let it play its course.

You should eliminate the symptom(s) as they come. For example, if your have a stuffy head or nose, you may want to take some Night Quil before you go to bed, to help you sleep better.

Antibiotics have no effect on a virus, although they may halp in the event of a secondary infection. Decongestants may relive the symptoms, but the back-up obstruction make these not so ideal, plus you can only use these for 7-10 days.

Therefore, I would suggest you see your Doctor or Healthcare provider to rule out something more serious, if your symptoms do not improve in about a week. But, if you have trouble breathing, your muscles really hurt, or you feel confused you need to see your doctor.

Hope this answers your question!

Drink lots of water and juice. Water will thin out any mucus so that you can get it out of your body easier

I'm on day 7 of a virus and it's finally almost gone. I drank lots of cold water with ice, ate chicken soup, and took vitamin C and zinc.

Another thing that may help is a humidifier or vaporizer. I started using that on Sunday and it has helped so that I can breathe better.

Wash your hands frequently, so that Mom won't get the virus you have. I hope you feel better soon.

Get your rest. Lay in bed and try to stay in bed. Make sure you keep drinking liquids. Try to stay away from sodas and all of that. Don't drink a lot of juice and if you do, drink a lot of 100% juice. But your best bet is drinking water. Go into your parents bathroom and see if there's any medicine in there that meet any of you symptoms. I hope you get feeling better. Get some rest and hopefully you will get better. Have a good Christmas!!

Kid, when my dog gets sick he has a hot nose and craps all over the house...
So in other words, ya gotta tell us your symptoms, okay?

If you have a sore throat, gargle with some warm salt water (warm tap water about 6 oz. with a tblsp. of salt dissolved in it). If you have an upset stomach, take sips of 7-up and use a heating pad on your tummy and lay down.
If you have a cold, rub some Vicks Vapo-rub on your neck and upper chest and cover up til you're "too hot" and STAY covered up.
Best of all, stay in bed and watch TV. Jerry Springer always makes me feel better.

Aaaaw you're too cute to be sick!

Try some chicken noodle soup, orange juice, and plenty of rest. Try to drink as many clear (water) or close to clear liquids as possible. If you are running a fever, take 2 aspirins.

Feel better!

Stay in your pj's. But a blanket over you, and lie down to watch TV on an illuminated place (microbes die with the sunlight). So, get any kind of citrus fruit, and drink lots and lots of water. That will help your body to clean frequently and get the microbes out through the urine.
