I like the one on the cereal box the best. You can add shoestring potatoes for variety. I like the taste of the buttery-spicy stuff, so I usually double the amounts for that part.

I use a stick of butter/margarine, at least a half cup of hot sauce and a quarter cup of cajun seasonings. I use a box and a half of cereal, a can of mixed nuts, half bag of pretzel sticks and a box of cheese crackers. This makes a HUGE batch, but we freeze most of it so we have it on hand, and mail some to our children who are no longer at home. It's VERY spicy, just the way we love it. You'll have to bake it in batches if you make this much.

The best still by far is the recipe on the cereal box. You can even change it up a little by adding different things. We like using the fish crackers (baked) or cheetos in it. There are so many different flavors of crackers now that you can stray from the original recipe and it still is good. Good Luck !!!

Merry Christmas !!!!
