is hembra. It was fembra in old Spanish and it means
female.
Next, the sentence is a mixture of Spanish and
Portugese.
Rough translation: The Celtibero, being southern

The Celtiberi are a Celtic people living in the
Iberian peninsula.

I am spanish; the text is bad written because the word fembra (that doesn´t exist) would be "hembra", that word means female animal. Bye.
