And the directions says to use 600 mL (3 tazas) of water how much is that in cups? Also how much is 200 mL (1 taza) in cups?

Taza is the Spanish language word for cup. The exchange is close enough here. Use 1 cup for 1 taza. Use 3 cups for 3 tazas.

The US measurment for "one cup" is just below 250mL. So 3 tazas would actually amount to about 2.5 cups. For 200 mL or 1 taza, use 3/4 of one cup.
But then again, you are cooking, don't worry about measurement! Worry about them when you are baking.
Just do approximate measurements and season according to your taste.

1 ML= .0338 ounces
so times by 200
