Yes, your doctor can prescribe the best stuff for you. I was prescribed some strong Zantac, and advised to stay away from eating anything acidic. If you catch it in time that should heal it up otherwise they'll probably have to send a camera down, I'd see the doctor asap.

Yes! Your ulcer is caused by a virus and can be dealt with using an antibiotic. A two week treatment will cure you for good! Ask your doctor.

Go to the doctor. There are a number of affective medicines out there, but the doctor will have to prescribe them. I took something called Axid years ago and it cleared mine up completely.

Try some DGL (deglycyrrhizinated licorice) , 2-4 tablets 20 minutes before meals and between meals as needed. Iberogast, aloe vera gel, and glutamine are also helpful.

Yes. You will need to let your doctor take a peek and prescribe you some medication.
Also, until it is better, stay away from caffeine, cigarettes, and alcohol.. (i know... bummer)

drink a pint of vinegar preferably after meals, don't walk the dog on fridays and eat plenty of roughage.
