You'd have to show me that you are mature and responsible. Few men at your age really know themselves or have fully established themselves in a career. Emotional stability is important. You can be fun and spontaneous, but mood swings and jealousy create unnecessary drama.

I'm 40 and looking; but I have a 15 year-old, and do not want to start over with kids. I have found that many men under 30 (even 35) have not started a family or still want to have kids, so that's another reason I don't really consider them in my search.

Oh man, I don't think I'll be much help. The idea of a younger man just grosses me out. I guess cause I have nephews that age and it's just very weird to me. Not all women are like that though. I guess I would just try to find a way to show her you're responsible and not immature.

I am 39 and I have always preferred older men....Right now the reason why is that for the most part, they do not want to start families...and I already have a teenager...I do not want to have anymore children.

Also, if you want to start a family..some older women, or most, will not want too...and it gets more difficult on a women body..

But to answer your question...Be yourself..and show that you have something to offer them...Maturity has a lot to do with it, especailly if they are looking to settle down.

For each woman it will be different, so there is not just one way.
