Heat a clean washcloth until it's as hot as you can stand it, then apply it to the offending spot until it cools to lukewarm. Repeat this 2-3 times, several times in a day. You can also do a steam facial, with a towel over your head and face over a steaming pot of water. This will bring more blood supply to the area, and encourage it to head up and drain faster. Don't poke it, squeeze it or otherwise mess with it. With heat it should drain all on it's own in 1-2 days, and quickly lose the redness and puffy look after it drains. If you don't injure the surrounding skin hurrying the process it will heal a lot faster and not look bad at all by Christmas. Once it drains, you can put a dot of vitamin E oil on the spot to help heal the skin. In future, steam and heat at the first sign get it over with the quickest. Good luck!

You will need to wash your face 3 times a day and keep your hands off of your chin area (hands contain a lot of oil, therefore making the pimple worst.) If you do not have sensitve skin, use rubbing alcohol to dry out the pimple. Use an overnight oil free moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated.
Should you wish to use an over the counter facial creme, buy something that specializes in removing pimples only (i.e. All Clear, Neutrogena).

I use a little but of soap like Safeguard to dry up single pimples. Wet your finger and rub the bar to create a little bit of a lather then apply that to the pimple. I use this twice a day for a few days and the pimple is usually dried up in a few days.

Don't pop it whatever you do, don't even touch it. It may look bad now but if you leave it alone and use an oil-free face wash every day in a hot shower, it'll open the pores and go away on its own. Try puting your face under the hot water before you wash.

Toothpaste will dry it up. However do not use a gel toothpaste. You need the regular white toothpaste. Your other option is to take a hot cloth and lay it on the spot so that it will ooze out.
