I know fruits and veggies. But any other ideas that have REALLY helped you lose weight?

Upping my protein intake per meal helps me to stay full longer. Also add more dairy products to your diet dairy helps to ward off unwanted stomach fat. Stick with mostly 1% and skim milks and lowfat cheese. Go with lowfat other then fat free. Fat free means more sugar to make this food taste better. Good luck and remember if you don't eat another meal for the day don't ever skip breakfast even if its a piece of toast as your running out the door.

All foods can be a part of a weight loss program. The key is moderation. Teach yourself to consume less. Eat healthy and exercise regularly. You may lose at a slower pace, but, you will be more likely to maintain your lower weight through changes in your eating and activity habits.
