Take the dog to a vet right away and make sure that you wash your hands in the meantime carefully, especially if you have a little wound.

Scabies is highly infectious and must be treated by a vet. Get this done as soon as possible. If you get it, it's hard to treat in humans.

Scabies is a skin mite and humans can get it as well.Take your dog to the Vet and have her checked out.....if it is scabies.....they will tell you what to do.
